Diddy 'raped two women in Trump hotel penthouse', shock new lawsuits reveal

Sean "Diddy" Combs is currently facing serious allegations as two women have filed lawsuits against him, claiming they were sexually assaulted in the late 1990s at the Trump Hotel in New York City. The lawsuits, filed on February 4, 2025, in New York Supreme Court, detail harrowing accounts of coercion, drugging, and sexual violence allegedly orchestrated by Combs and his associates.

One plaintiff, referred to as Jane Doe, alleges that during a party hosted by Combs at the Limelight nightclub, she was assaulted multiple times. She claims that after attempting to leave, she and her friends were taken to the Trump Hotel penthouse where they were drugged and forced into group sexual activities. The lawsuit states that she was sexually assaulted over several hours while being held against her will.

The second plaintiff recounts a similar experience, stating that she was taken to the Trump Hotel after an event at Limelight. She alleges that Combs' security guard physically and sexually assaulted her while Combs watched. This plaintiff also claims that they were coerced into taking drugs and participating in sexual activities against their will.

Both women are identified as having been part of the hip-hop scene during the 1980s and 1990s, which has been a backdrop for many of the allegations against Combs. The lawsuits echo previous accusations made against him over the years, including more than 30 other lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct and violence. Combs is currently awaiting trial on federal charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering.

In response to these new allegations, Combs' legal team has categorically denied all claims, asserting their confidence in the judicial process and stating that he has never sexually assaulted anyone. They characterized the lawsuits as attempts for publicity rather than credible accusations.

These lawsuits are part of a growing list of legal challenges faced by Combs as he navigates serious criminal charges. The legal ramifications could be significant not only for him personally but also for his career as a prominent figure in the music industry. The upcoming trial set for May 5 will further scrutinize these allegations and may reveal more about his past conduct during his rise to fame.

The revelations from these lawsuits highlight ongoing issues within the entertainment industry regarding sexual violence and accountability. As public awareness grows, more individuals are coming forward with their stories, contributing to a larger conversation about consent and power dynamics in high-profile environments.
